Whether you’re out with friends, on a date, or flying solo, expect a relaxed, social atmosphere with plenty of laughs and great food. How the Class Works The experience begins with a live chef-led introduction, where we go over the materials, tools, and fresh ingredients you’ll be using. You’ll learn the basics of sushi rice, seaweed, fillings, and rolling techniques so you feel confident before getting started. Next, our chef performs a live demonstration of a classic California roll, breaking down each step with helpful tips and a little humor along the way. After the demonstration, it’s your turn. Guests roll at their own pace while enjoying the atmosphere, music, wine, and any live entertainment happening during the event. Our chef remains available throughout the experience to offer guidance, answer questions, and make sure everyone is having fun. This is a relax, sip, roll, and enjoy kind of experience — no pressure, just good vibes and great sushi.
