You’ll learn how sushi is made step-by-step while watching professional techniques, hearing insider tips, and enjoying the relaxed vineyard atmosphere. This portion is designed to be both educational and entertaining — perfect for beginners and sushi lovers alike. 12:00 PM – Live Belly Dancing Performance As guests continue to enjoy the sushi class, sip their wine, and relax, the energy shifts with live music and a captivating belly dancing performance by Kelvia Mitri-Meda, a multi-award-winning professional oriental dance artist. There’s no rush — this is a sit back, relax, and enjoy experience. Roll your favorite sushi rolls, enjoy the show, savor your sushi, and unwind with a glass (or bottle) of Aquila’s Nest wine while the performance unfolds around you. FAQ’s Do I need experience? Nope! Total beginners welcome. Are your classes allergy friendly? Yes! Please make a note of your allergy in the notes section during check out and we can accommodate. Can I come solo? Absolutely! Our classes are super social. Cancellation & Refund Policy All ticket sales are final. Due to the advance planning, staffing, and fresh ingredient preparation required for our events, we do not offer refunds, credits, or rescheduling for any reason, including cancellations or no-shows. Tickets may be transferred to another guest. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Important Information Wine is not included in the ticket. A drink purchase of minimum $10 plus tax and gratuity per participant is required to attend this event and can be made at the vineyard prior to the start of the event, after our staff checks your ID. Aquila‘s Nest has many non-alcoholic options as well. Outside Alcohol Beverages, Water Bottles or Any Other Beverages are NOT allowed to be brought in the premises of the vineyard. This is a restriction of our Farm Winery Permit. Our staff reserves the right to check bags and coolers.
