No experience is needed — our team walks you through everything step-by-step in a fun and relaxed environment. Each guest will make: 🍣 1 California Roll 🥒 1 Vegetarian Roll All ingredients, tools, and sushi-making materials are included with your ticket, so all you need to bring is your appetite and a good time mindset. Whether you come for the sushi, the delicious wine, or the experience itself, you’ll leave saying this was the most fun you’ve had in a long time. Seats are limited and our classes tend to sell out quickly — grab your spot before they’re gone. Cancellation & Refund Policy All ticket sales are final. Due to the advance planning, staffing, and fresh ingredient preparation required for our events, we do not offer refunds, credits, or rescheduling for any reason, including cancellations or no-shows. Tickets may be transferred to another guest. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Important Information Wine is not included in the ticket. A drink purchase of minimum $10 plus tax and gratuity per participant is required to attend this event and can be made at the vineyard prior to the start of the event, after our staff checks your ID. Aquila‘s Nest has many non-alcoholic options as well. Outside Alcohol Beverages, Water Bottles or Any Other Beverages are NOT allowed to be brought in the premises of the vineyard. This is a restriction of our Farm Winery Permit. Our staff reserves the right to check bags and coolers.
